Paleo Myth

The Paleolithic diet is a modern fad diet requiring the eating of foods presumed to have been available to humans during the Paleolithic era (2.6 million to approx. 10,000 years ago). However, there is no such thing as THE paleo diet. People living in the paleolithic period were spread out across the planet, and lived in different natural environments.
